Shipping policy
RÉSTOR partners with leading international carriers, including FedEx, SF Express, DHL, UPS, and EMS, along with trusted local couriers, to deliver your order directly to your door. We proudly offer flat-rate worldwide shipping.
Payment & Verification -
Payment is collected at the time of order. All orders are subject to verification before shipment, which may take a few days. Orders with incorrect billing information or requiring additional verification may be delayed or cancelled to prevent fraud.
Order Processing -
We typically process and hand off orders to the carrier within 2–5 business days. During peak periods or holidays, this may extend up to 10 business days, especially for high-demand or limited-stock items. Once your order is submitted, no changes—including address modifications—can be made. We ship only to the address provided at checkout.
Shipping Days -
Orders are shipped on business days (Monday–Friday), excluding public holidays. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your order has left our facility. For multi-item orders, products may ship separately and arrive on different dates depending on supplier locations.
Tracking -
All shipments include a tracking number. Tracking information will be emailed once your order is dispatched. Please note that some carriers may take a few days to update tracking details. If your tracking hasn’t updated within 5 business days, contact us for assistance.

Duties, Taxes & Import Fees -
International shipments may incur customs duties, taxes, or clearance fees, which are the customer’s responsibility. RÉSTOR cannot predict or cover these charges. Refused shipments due to unpaid import fees will incur both the original shipping cost and return fees.
Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages -
RÉSTOR is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages. If tracking shows delivery but your order is missing, file a claim directly with the carrier. Timestamp and tracking information will be used to assess claims.
Wrong Address Disclaimer -
Please ensure your shipping address is correct. Orders are processed immediately and cannot be changed or canceled once submitted. RÉSTOR is not liable for misdelivery caused by an incorrect address.
